Where can I find my order number?
It is in the confirmation email received after your purchase and may be preceded by #.
Why do you need my email or phone number?
They help verify that the order is yours. To protect customer data, orders cannot be searched using only a first and last name.
When does tracking become available?
Tracking becomes available once the shipment has been prepared and the carrier’s tracking number has been added to your order.
Why does the status not change immediately?
Updates depend on the carrier's scans. Some time may pass between scans.
