What does the Premium Kit include?

What is the role of each product?
Mini 2 is the core device. CryoTherm is a compatible attachment that replaces a standard head when you want to add heat or cooling. Arnica Gel is a cosmetic product for external use: apply and massage it in by hand as a separate step.
Are the gel and CryoTherm used together?
No: do not apply the gel to the CryoTherm head, standard heads or device. Follow each product's instructions separately.

This sequence helps you find your way, but does not replace the manuals or require you to use every component in the same session.
How to organise your kit
1. Prepare
Charge the devices, check the components and read the instructions for Mini 2, CryoTherm and Arnica Gel.
2. Start with Mini 2
Choose the appropriate standard head, start with the gentlest setting and do not press hard.
3. Choose CryoTherm
Switch Mini 2 off before changing the head. Start on the gentlest temperature setting, keep the attachment moving and monitor how your skin responds.
4. Use the gel separately
After putting the device away, apply the gel to the desired area and massage manually until absorbed, following the label.
Do not use on wounds, irritated skin or areas with reduced sensitivity. Do not apply the gel to the device or heads. If you have medical conditions, injuries or questions, seek advice from a healthcare professional.
