Percussion
Compact and lightweight, it provides percussion massage controlled directly by your hand. Four speeds and four attachments help you adjust contact and intensity.
Press and hold the power button for 2.5 seconds to switch Mini 2 off.
Do not hold the attachment still on a painful spot or use it directly on bones, joints, wounds or the spine.

Compression
Two wireless boots work on the thighs, calves and ankles. Choose from five programmes, seven pressure levels and 15-, 30- or 45-minute sessions.
The session ends automatically after the selected time. Before removing the boots, stop the units and wait for the air chambers to deflate completely.
Do not use Air Pulse while charging. If you have circulatory problems, are pregnant, have had recent surgery or have other clinical concerns, seek advice from a healthcare professional first.

Targeted heatThermal therapy
Adds a heated surface to the percussion of a compatible massage gun. Choose from three temperature levels to adjust the warmth gradually.
Switch the attachment off using its button and turn the massage gun off separately. Let it cool before cleaning or storing it.
Start at the lowest level. Do not apply heat to a recent injury, irritated skin or areas with reduced sensation.

Heat or coldHeat and cold therapy
An aluminium plate combines two heat levels and two cold levels in an attachment compatible with the TOPMET massage guns listed on the product page.
Switch off the thermal function using the attachment control, then switch off the massage gun. When changing from heat to cold or vice versa, let the plate adjust before contact.
Check your skin often. Do not apply heat or cold to wounds, numb or irritated areas; stop immediately if the sensation becomes unpleasant.

From product to practice
These examples provide guidance; they are not clinical protocols. Always adapt intensity and duration to your sensitivity and the product instructions.
Before activity
For a short massage that gradually works on the muscle groups used during your activity.
Heat is not suitable for a recent injury.
After activity
When you want a hands-free compression session or a gentle pass with Mini 2.
Do not automatically combine multiple technologies: choose the action that best suits the moment.
Targeted heat or cold
When you want to add a thermal element to a compatible massage gun.
Hotter or colder does not automatically mean more effective.
Before you start
The sensation should remain comfortable. Always start with the lowest setting and observe your body's and skin's response.
Stop using the product if you experience pain, numbness, irritation or discomfort. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have implanted devices, have had recent surgery or are unsure, seek advice from a healthcare professional first.
Start with the lowest level. Increase one setting at a time only if pressure, percussion or temperature remains comfortable. The highest level is not the goal.
Avoid wounds, irritated skin, areas with reduced sensation, bones and joints. Do not pass Mini 2 directly over the spine. For questions about a specific condition, seek advice from a healthcare professional.
The ball provides broad contact for general massage; the flat head covers a wider surface; the tip targets smaller areas; and the fork works along the sides of a muscle group, never directly on bones or the spine.
No. Fully charge the units and unplug them before your session. The indicator is green between 65% and 100%, blue between 25% and 65%, and red between 5% and 25%; below 5%, the unit switches off automatically.
Switch the device off and check the charge, connections and correct attachment fitting. If the problem continues, do not force components or zips: contact TOPMET support with the product name and a description of what happened.
This page provides general guidance and does not replace the product manual or professional medical advice. Always check the instructions, compatibility and warnings supplied with the device.
