A single button switches the head on and cycles through three temperature settings. Wait about 3–5 minutes before starting, and always check how the attachment feels against your skin.

Charge before first use
Connect the head to charge and wait until the indicator light goes out.
Fit it with the device switched off
Connect the head to the massage gun only when the gun is switched off.
Wait 3–5 minutes
After selecting the level, let the surface reach temperature and test it on your skin.
Keep it moving
Avoid keeping the plate still on the same spot and stop if contact becomes unpleasant.
Let it cool down
Switch off the head and massage gun separately, then wait before cleaning or storing it.
