Returns and Refunds
For any reason, the customer can return the order. Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, neatly packaged, must not be damaged or show signs of use.

In case of defective or non-functioning goods, the customer will have to provide photographic evidence of the defect or error within 7 days from receipt of the package. In these cases, shipping costs are borne by Topmet.
In case the customer requests a refund for the returned order, if approved, the refund will be made on the same day the package is received and only after quality control of the returned items. The total amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method and the return times will vary depending on the bank used.
Shipping costs for the made Of any product, are always charged to the customer and amount to €7.90 which will be deducted from the final refund.
Authorized returns must be shipped with the courier indicated by Topmet in the email containing the return instructions. Topmet reserves the right not to accept returns in the event that the customer entrusts the shipment to a courier other than the one indicated and in the event that the delivery involves additional costs for Topmet or request collection from a courier branch.
Topmet reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been authorized or sent in accordance with the return policy. In such cases, Topmet You can return the package to the sender at the original shipping address.
Our Guarantee
The Guarantee of the products purchased on www.topmet.it is certified from the order number in the customer's possession and received by email at the time of purchase. The order number must be associated with the same person (Name and surname) who is requesting the activation of the Guarantee.
The legal guarantee of conformity has a validity of 24 months for a defective product and must be communicated to Topmet within 60 days of the defect being discovered. The seller, Topmet, is only liable for defects that have been reported within the first 6 months following the day on which the product was delivered.
If the customer experiences a defect in a produced after the first 6 months after the day in which delivery has taken place, then the customer will have the burden of prove that those defects already existed at the time of delivery.
The shipping costs for sending the products to our technical department to be repaired or replaced, in case of activation of the Warranty, are always charged to the customer and equal to at €7.90.
Repair and technical assistance costs (if any) for a product for which the Warranty has been activated are estimated by our technical department and communicated to the customer before taking any necessary action.
